Delivery

After the order is placed and confirmed, your purchase will be delivered by Nova Poshta within 3 days. In other cases, delivery may be arranged for a time agreed upon with the manager.
We provide free shipping for:
- Orders over 2500 UAH, fully prepaid
- Orders over 5000 UAH with cash on delivery
Delivery for the rest of the orders is paid by the buyer upon receipt.

To avoid misunderstandings, please check your parcels directly at the post office upon receipt. If the item is not checked on-site, the seller will not be able to accept claims regarding any damage or loss during delivery. Thank you for your understanding!

Your parcel can be stored at the delivery service's warehouse for up to 5 business days. If this period expires and the parcel is not collected, the order will be automatically returned to the online store. Unfortunately, such parcels cannot be resent. Please ensure timely collection!
